Porsche Cayman R Track Preparation

Building a do-all Cayman R. This car will drive to the track and home as well as participate in instructional duties. We are installing a FVD/Heigo Roll bar, Cargraphic Headers, Fabspeed Sport exhaust, Guard Transmission differential, JRZ 2-way dampers, 997 Plenum, Tarrett suspension components, AIM Solo Dash/logger and uprated brake pads.

Audi S4 and S5 Customer Rental Racers

We are building two Audi, one S4 and one S5 to compete in upcoming Climb to the Clouds hillclimb, then as rental-race cars for our customers. Details on the rental program will follow.

E36 M3 V10 S85 Swap

Building a reliable and fast 85-V10 BMW powered club racer. The S85 is a V10 with bloodlines in F1. It's currently used in the E60 M5 and M6 which are significantly heavier than this E36 at 4000lbs versus about 2800 for this car. This will be a complete build with a Motec stand-alone ECU, Schrick Cams, Dry sump oil system and more. At the conclusion of the mechanical work the car will be sent to the body shop for paint and body work.

Our customer from Maryland brought his car to us to make the leap from track days to club racing. The project includes- Roll cage and chassis reinforcement Drivetrain upgrades- Euro Rear diff, custom shaft, 6 speed transmission Chassis-bushing upgrades, fresh paint on inside, outside and engine bay (factory colors and paint) New engine seals Oil pan baffle and DTM oil pan Fire System Brake Ducts Header coating with Calico coatings Custom Exhaust system (stainless, 3") Lexan windshield Front and Rear Custom Switch panels Race seats and mounts Motec race Dash CDL3 Double adjustable Koni Coilovers Project Fall 2012 into 2013

CHUMP! Car BMW 325i 1989

We turn this used-up old timer into a racing machine for two races this summer, part of the Chump Car series which mandates the car value be under $500 dollars. This is a shop challenge for us as mechanics and drivers.

The Engine is out and Keith is working hard.

GPS 2002 Race car

A photo documentary of Marc's 2002 Race car. This car competes in BMWCCA E Modified and SCCA E Production. The car has a GPS built M10 engine, with high compression forged pistons, forged rods, Schrick 336 cam, deep sump oil pan. The chassis has wide fiberglass fenders and a custom, twin master cylinder pedal box available only from GPS.
